SpecVet-X’s inventory management system integrates with Cubex and Cardinal Health’s Pyxis products. We were the first to evaluate, understand and perfect the workflow. Select the patient’s name and take the product. It’s automatically added to the invoice and subtracted from inventory.
SpecVet's industry first ordering system allows users to order labs, radiology studies, procedures. The ordering system will capture all the fees, print the requests if desired, and provide 100% accurate logging.

Unlike other systems there’s no need for a person to have to manually assign each document or know complicated computer file paths. The resulting file is then stored in a separate database to make access time quicker. Our unique interface allows the scanned documents to be available to users without leaving the area they are working in. Write medical records, review labs and review referring veternarian's records all at the same time.
Our design can store an unlimited amount of scanned documents with no change in system performance.
Record Writing and Referral Letters designed for the Clinician
SpecVet-X’s reporting was designed for the clinician to echo real-world record keeping. With standard and customer templates available, SpecVet X’s reporting system provides the flexibility to meet the different needs of different specialist, yet provides the form and structure to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assign multiple rDVMs to a visit. A pet may see multiple general practitioners it its life. Unlike other software, SpecVet-X allows you to assign multiple rDVMs to a patient and enter notes for each. When it comes time for an update, everyone concerned can receive the information quickly and in a clear, easily readable format.
There’s no need to leave your current report to refer to other reports. All patient history is instantly accessible through a separate Patient History Research “Widget”. [image of widget and report]
Each lab result is stored individually, rather than as one report. Instantly search for and compare values of interest.
