Click on the ? icon located on the tool bar or home page in the SpecVet application.  A new ticket window will be opened. Please include a valid email address so that we can directly respond to your questions. This is our preferred method for routine SpecVet support. A support ticket will be automatically created for you, as well as capture key data such as clinic name and current layout.

We will respond to your email promptly and you should be able to follow the thread based upon the unique ID your case is given.

We pride ourselves on being able to support the demanding 24x 7 hours of many our our clients.  
Call SpecVet Support at (877) 499-7732 & select option 2 for support. Leave a message with your name, hospital name and contact telephone number. One of our suport staff will contact you shortly after and respond to your problem or issue.

This level of support is intended for significant failures or issues. Routine support such as set up questions, functionality questions & feature requests should be reported via provided avenues (embedded link or email) at any time or feel free to call our office during normal business hours at the number listed above.

White Papers
Our white papers section is designed for SpecVet on-site administraton and staff that provides IT support for the hospital. These papers are typically more detailed tutorials on various aspects of the SpecVet system.
